Flick's Dynasty & the Homecoming
Hansi Flick inherited a winning machine and refused to slow it down. After back-to-back La Liga crowns and a run to the Champions League semi-finals, the German has kept the same aggressive 4-3-3 and trusted his teenage stars with even more responsibility. The big difference this season is the setting: the rebuilt Camp Nou is finally open for a full campaign, and the noise inside the bowl is expected to be louder than ever.
Summer Rebuild: Gordon, Adeyemi and Departures
The headline exit is Robert Lewandowski, who joined Chicago Fire after three prolific seasons. Ronald Araújo moved to Liverpool on loan to gain Premier League experience, and Frenkie de Jong is sidelined until November with an ankle injury. Incomings are designed for speed: Anthony Gordon arrived from Newcastle for a reported €70M, and Karim Adeyemi rejoined from Borussia Dortmund for €22M. Nike's 2026-27 home shirt is built around six vertical stripes — three blues and three reds that blend into each other. Barcelona travel to Elche for the La Liga curtain-raiser before the first full Clásico at the new Camp Nou on October 25.
