The hometown captain who scored the goal an entire country remembers.

Mikel Oyarzabal is Real Sociedad's own. Born in nearby Eibar, he rose through the club to become its captain and its No.10 - the left-sided forward who scores the goals that matter. For Spain he wore No.21 and, in 2024, scored the winner in the European Championship final. At 29 he is still the heartbeat of both sides. This is the hub for every fan who wants to wear the shirt of the player who turned a nation's night into history.

The Eibar boy who stayed home

Oyarzabal joined Real Sociedad's academy as a teenager and never really left. He became the club captain and the No.10 - the local hero who turned down bigger offers to anchor a project he believes in. In San Sebastian he is more than a player; he is the identity of the side.

He could have left. He stayed, and San Sebastian never forgot.

The 2026/27 season: still the reference

Oyarzabal remains Real Sociedad's first-name attacker and Spain's reliable left-sided finisher. La Liga 2026/27 has him linking the lines and scoring the kind of opportunistic goals that define a captain. Expect the usual mix of clever movement and big moments.

Which Oyarzabal jersey should you wear?

Two shirts define him. The Real Sociedad home, away and third carry the No.10 he wears as club captain. The Spain shirt carries No.21 for his national team - including the 2024 European Championship edition. If you want the current look, start with the 2026/27 releases; the Spain shirts are the ones fans reach for to remember the final.

Oyarzabal and Spain

For Spain, Oyarzabal wrote himself into history with the winning goal in the Euro 2024 final. A Spain shirt with his name is the clearest way to back the player who gave a country its loudest night in years.
